Items Accepted at the Sale
Mommy's Secret Consignment Sale accepts children's clothes and shoes, maternity, baby accessories and bedding, toys/books/videos, equipment such as strollers/cribs/walkers/etc., and just about anything else related to kids and teens!
Items must be in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear and no damage such as tears, holes, missing buttons, dysfunctional zippers, and stains. Only items applicable to the upcoming season will be accepted (for example, swimsuits and sandals, etc. should only be brought to the spring sale, and Halloween costumes only at the fall sale). Dancewear items are an exception to this policy - they are accepted at all sales.
Every item will be checked-in during drop-off and any unacceptable items will not be accepted for sale. Please don't be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening very closely so as to maintain the quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best at Mommy's Secret.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the CONSIGNOR'S RESPONSIBILITY, as seller of the items, to make sure none of their items have been recalled. Sources are listed below for checking recall lists.

Clothes
There is a minimum of 30 items (does not have to be 30 clothing items) per consignor. For clarification, a multiple-piece outfit priced together is considered one item. NOTE:
Children's clothing up to a size 14 and we also except Juniors Girls clothing -- No ladies or womens styles please). Must be applicable to the upcoming season. Sizes XS, Small, Med, Large, XL are accepted. We will have a seperate section just for teens! Visit www.GirlSwapShop.com for more info on our teen consignment.
Children's shoes only - no adult-styled shoes please!
Maternity - must be CURRENT STYLE and CURRENT SEASON - Limit 10 items only.
Halloween costumes accepted at all fall sales.
Swimwear accepted at all spring sales.
Dancewear accepted at any sale.
NOTE: We will no longer accept onesies or other clothing in Ziploc bags (all onesies, etc. must be on hangers).

Infant & Child Accessories
Nursing/Feeding supplies, diaper bags, blankets, etc.
Nursery needs: diaper pails, potty chairs, bath seats, guardrails, etc.
Hats, hairbows, belts/ties, etc. Gloves, mittens and scarves accepted at fall sales.

Bedding & Decor
Picture frames, mobiles, rugs, lamps & more - We do have a furniture corner for all your home decor and furniture!
Bedding sets, sheets, mattress pads, pillows, etc.

Toys, Books, Videos
Most important thing for you to remember in this category is that parents are buying these items for their kids! The kids are the ones who are broken hearted when parts are missing, toys don't work or videos don't play. Please insure that the toys are in good working order!
Must be in working order with all pieces
Include batteries
Stuffed animals must be LIKE NEW! Shelf animals if you will, not your child's favorites!
No videos without covers! Please make sure the video and cover match!
No R-rated or home-recorded videos

Equipment
Strollers, walkers, high-chairs, exer-saucers, bikes, playground equipment, etc.
Cribs, toddler beds, bassinets, mattresses, etc.
Equipment must be clean, or it will not be accepted.
Attach any accompanying small items securely.
Broken equipment is not acceptable!
NOTE: Sellers are responsible for assembling all cribs, beds, pack-n-plays and playpens they bring during drop-offs. Don't forget to bring any necessary tools with you!
If you intend to sell a CRIB, PLAYPEN, PACK-N-PLAY, CAR SEAT, BABY WALKER, OR BUNK BEDS, please ensure your item meets the requirements listed on the CPSC Reference Guide (click to view).
